As a marketing all-rounder, I had full control over how everything was communicated to the public.
This included print marketing, performance marketing and social media and email marketing.
Over the years, La Pantera had changed branches, evolving from a precious stone handler to a jewellery shop with its own master goldsmith and gemmologist. Now it was up to me to change how the public saw it and the kind of customers it would attract. I focused on optimising every step of the customer journey, from Instagram posts to the entire web design, product presentation, texts, SEO and UX design optimisations, paid performance marketing and customer retention implementation.
My tasks included:
• Managing all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest), including content creation (photo and video shoots and copywriting) for email marketing as well.
• Constant implementation of web design and UX design on WordPress.
• Development and constant optimisation of paid performance campaigns on Google and Meta.
