My very big, first fulltime job as a Performance Marketing Specialist in an agency.
My responsibilities:
• End-to-end creation, monitoring, and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns for clients across multiple sectors, including hospitality, non-profit organisations, media (e.g., ORF), and consumer products. Responsibilities include campaign setup, audience definition, budget allocation, A/B testing, and continuous performance evaluation.
• Development of comprehensive performance marketing strategies and cross-channel concepts for social media campaigns on META, LinkedIn, Google, and TikTok, ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand guidelines, and platform best practices.
• Strategic advisory and client support, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, long-term campaign planning, and translating business goals into measurable performance outcomes. This includes preparing strategic recommendations, reporting insights, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
